Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (16 oz) package Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
  • 1 lb deli turkey, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (jellied or whole berry)
  • 6 slices Havarti or Provolone cheese
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons minced dried onion
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons fresh minced chives

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the Oven.
  2. Step 2: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly coat a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Step 3: Assemble the Sliders.
  4. Step 4: Slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Layer the sliced turkey evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the turkey layer.
  6. Step 6: Arrange the Havarti or Provolone cheese slices over the cranberry sauce. Place the top half of the rolls on top to complete the sliders.
  7. Step 7: Prepare the Butter Topping.
  8. Step 8: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced dried onion, poppy seeds, and minced chives until well combined.
  9. Step 9: Generously brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls to ensure every slider gets a flavorful coating.
  10. Step 10: Bake the Sliders.
  11. Step 11: Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is fully melted.
  12. Step 12: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 3-5 minutes to allow the tops to brown and crisp slightly.
  13. Step 13: Serve.
  14. Step 14: Serve these warm and cheesy sliders right away for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or meal that’s perfect for gatherings or holiday leftovers!
