- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1: Brown the ground beef in a skillet with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Drain grease.
- Step 2: Add cooked beef, cheeses, pickles, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and pickle juice to the crockpot. Stir to combine.
