Ingredients

- 1 wheel (8 oz) triple cream brie
- 1 tablespoon fig jam
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¾ cup chopped fresh figs
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme, leaves only
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary, leaves only, finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- A pinch of kosher sea salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Unwrap the brie and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Step 3: Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the brie.
- Step 4: Chop the fresh figs into small pieces and scatter them on top of the brie.
- Step 5: Drizzle honey over the figs and brie.
- Step 6: Sprinkle a pinch of kosher sea salt on top.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven and top with chopped pecans, thyme leaves, and rosemary.
- Step 9: Serve warm with toasted baguette slices and crackers.
