  • 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the Salmon Rolls: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
  2. Step 2: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Lay each fillet flat on a clean surface.
