- 4 salmon fillets (5 oz each), skin removed

- 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/2 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch mixed with 2 teaspoons water
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Salmon Rolls: Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Step 2: Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Lay each fillet flat on a clean surface.
- Step 3: In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
