- 3–4 pieces Thai chili, chopped
- 8 stalks cilantro, chopped
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 pieces white fish
Instructions
- Step 1: Steam the fish for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix warm chicken stock, lime juice, and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
