- For Cooking & Serving:
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp chopped peanuts
- Lime wedges (optional)
- Fresh cilantro and sliced red chili (optional)
Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Skewers: If using a grill or BBQ, soak the bamboo skewers in water for 2 hours to prevent burning.
- Step 2: Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the beef and marinade ingredients. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and marinate overnight for best results.
- Step 3: Thread onto Skewers: After marinating, thread the beef pieces onto the skewers, about 4 pieces per skewer.
